Happy Birthday to Me!

I had a great time celebrating my birthday over several days....starting last Saturday.

First up, lunch with Steven's parents. We tried a new (well maybe not-so-new) spot in town called The Boot. It's in the Preserve neighborhood for you locals. Such a neat little place and the food was wonderful.

Then on to dinner with some friends at Beef O'Brady's. They have a great little party room in the back that works perfect for a small crowds. The guys enjoyed the TVs too, since the basketball games were on.

Then Sunday night, we celebrated with my family

I am totally not really up to "outdoorsy" stuff unless it involves some sort of body of water...ocean, lake, pool. You know what I mean? So I brought up the rear of the line and decided a few minutes into this, I was turning around and heading back to the house. My flip flops weren't cutting it as we were walking down this hill. Maybe next time? Ehh, we'll see...

Happy Birthday from Fulton!

My sweet, wonderful, dear husband, surprised me on my actual birthday with a new camera!

I mean, I have no clue how to use this thing, but I hope to be able to take some really awesome pictures with it...one day. So if you have plans to see me here soon, get ready, because I will be taking your picture!
