Tuscaloosa

Today, Steven and I went to Tuscaloosa to meet Christie, Raylin, Chrisite's mom and aunt for lunch at Fig. We had a great time seeing and spending time with them during lunch (even though we had to wait forever our food).

After lunch, Steven and I headed over to the Bryant Museum to walk around. I hadn't been to the museum in quite some time...Bama has had quite a few coaches come and go since the last time I had been through there. After the museum we walked over to the coliseum to the basketball game (hadn't been to one of those in a while either). Once the game went into overtime, we left and went over to the baseball game (only because we found out that our basketball ticket stub would also get us into the baseball game). We watched a few innings and then headed back to the car. Glad the basketball team was able to pull out a win over Mississippi State today...the baseball team not so lucky against Southeast Missouri State.

We had a great day in Tuscaloosa (Steven even let me stop by the mall before we left) and really enjoyed seeing Christie, Raylin, Joyce and Linda.

Happy Valentine's Day

I hope everyone had a great Valentine's weekend!
Steven and I had a wonderful day together and opted for staying in for the evening and cooking dinner at my house.
I just had to share the beautiful roses that Steven gave to me for Valentine's Day (please excuse the bow...I tied it myself, as you can see!)
Also, I wanted to give a little shout out to my man, Austin. He got baptized on Sunday morning! Steven and I were so excited to be able to share in this wonderful day with him!

Only a few more weeks until Cooper arrives...

Braelyn's First Birthday

Last Saturday Braelyn celebrated her first birthday! She had a great time opening her presents, but really enjoyed the tissue paper more than anything!

She was definitely ready to dig in to her cake. She didn't waste much time before she took a big bite out of the side of it.

Braelyn and Baileigh riding in Braelyn's new wagon. They loved Wendi pulling them around the living room.

Hope you had a great birthday Braelyn!!
