Memorial Day and another birthday

We had a wonderful weekend at the lake...to kick off our summer!

The weather was perfect...and we enjoyed spending time with our family and friends!

Don't you love the guys shirts?  These were a little happy from the Easter bunny.  The girls had matching hats as well...I am sporting mine in the picture above

We had a great time making S'mores on Saturday night.  Fulton stayed up to join the fun and could not get enough marshmallows :)  He caught on real quick on what to do.

We celebrated Mom's birthday on Sunday complete with birthday cake (Mema never disappoints in her birthday cakes...ha!).  It was delicious however.

If we weren't spending time on the water, we were riding the gator, riding the golf cart, feeding the animals, sharing snacks with Pops, or just playing around.

Mother's Day and Toots birthday

The weekend before Mother's Day we celebrated Toots...a Mother's Day and birthday celebration

we ventured over to Aldridge Gardens that afternoon for a stroll and a few photos 

A wedding had just ended and the reception was just getting started.  We tried to join in on the party, but it was roped off, so we couldn't get in :(

We had a nice steak birthday/Mother's Day dinner (chicken for me) cooked by my wonderful husband!

Fulton is usually good to provide us with some sort of entertainment.  This particular evening it was 

with my exercise ball.

He was enthralled with the big gigantic ball and was determined to sit on top of it

Sister even tried out a few exercises on the ball and Fulton insisted on joining in too!
