Not only did we celebrate Father's Day this past weekend, but we also celebrated Kristen's birthday! We had a luau lunch in her honor. After Kristen finally went to bed (10:00...this is really late for her) Friday night, me, Matt, Steven and Mom did some decorating. All to find out the next morning that she heard everything we were doing from upstairs. Oh well, I think she enjoyed it anyways!
When it was time for birthday cake, Matt brought out Mom's birthday cake from a few weeks back that was still in the freezer. She looked at it and said, "that is crap, where is my real cake?!" Then we pulled out the Oreo Blizzard cake from DQ and it was yummy!
Notice our expressions in the top right picture...we all started singing happy birthday and Kristen leaned over blew out her candles. I looked at her like, what are you doing? You are supposed to wait until the end! You would think after 27 years (I mean 72), she would know the drill by now. Luckily, we did not make her do it all over again.
Poor Kris, having to wash dishes after her birthday lunch! She was just trying to hurry up the process, so we could all get back down to the lake.

Aww sister...thanks for the shoutout. You guys did awesome on the luau!! It rocked!! Thanks for everything. Now I Have to wait 365 more days for another birthday party. So sad!!
