Christ the Lord Is Risen Today...was the name of the first song we sang in church this morning. We listened to a great sermon, then headed back home to get stuff ready for lunch.
We had a wonderful lunch at Mom & Dad's, then made our way outside to hunt some Easter eggs.
Before we went out to hunt eggs, Mom ran up to the attic to grab some Easter baskets. She came back with several baskets, including these two...I had no idea how old these are, but I definitely remember the Easter bunny leaving me some fun prizes in my bunny basket many years ago. I can't believe mom still has these! Oh and by the way, Kristen's is the one on the right...the one that is missing an eye...
Kristen was a little disappointed because she didn't find the most eggs, but she had a little more competition this year. She'll have to polish up on her skills for next year.I must say that the bubbles she brought were a hit...the wind was blowing just right for bubbles today!

Love all the Easter pics! Looks like Kristin and Matt were up to their dancing or gymnastics one in that middle picture. Great pic of you and Steven on the grass too! And I love the Easter bunny baskets.
Only five more days and we will be in Bham!!! YEAH!!! I told Kristin to block off the whole weekend for us because we would want to see them too! :)

yes you did do a good job hiding the eggs but I think we should do some in the backyard next year.. and matt will have to find his blindfolded!
Looks like you guys had a great Easter. Will you hide some eggs for me when I come to Birmingham? I didn't get to participate in any egg hunts this year. :)
